Digital Downloads - File Integrity

Digital downloads supplied by Imperfect Photography are provided in good faith and are expected to be accessible and functional at the time of delivery.

If a digital file is:

Faulty

Inaccessible

Corrupted at the time of delivery

You may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where delivery has been successfully completed and the file has been accessed or saved, Imperfect Photography is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for issues arising after delivery, including:

Customer handling or storage issues

Device compatibility limitations

Accidental deletion

Corruption occurring after download.

Refunds and Remedies

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if a product or service:

Is faulty, or defective

Is not as described

Does not meet acceptable quality standards.

Where a problem is confirmed remedies may include:

Replacement of the digital file

Refund where required under law

As all purchases are processed via eBay, refund processing and dispute handling are also subject to eBay's policies.

Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Complimentary Digital Postcards

Complimentary postcards are provided without charge and are not classified as purchased goods.

However, if a file is inaccessible or faulty at the time of delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement where possible.
