For the purposes of these Terms, “Digital Postcards” refers to the digital postcard presentations provided by Imperfect Photography through Postcards Works 24.
These presentations may include static PNG artwork, animated MP4 content, and an interactive Click-to-Flip feature that allows visitors to switch between an image and its animation. Individual postcards may also be accessed through links or QR codes.
Where digital postcard products are offered for purchase through third-party platforms, transactions are conducted through the relevant platform.
Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to the applicable platform's terms, policies, and payment processing arrangements.
Imperfect Photography does not directly process payments through its website or intentionally collect or store credit card details through the website.
Where digital postcards are purchased or provided as complimentary digital content, the recipient is granted a non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use and sharing with family and friends, subject to these Terms.
This licence does not transfer copyright ownership or any other intellectual property rights in the digital postcard.

Remove copyright notices or branding where doing so would infringe applicable rights.
Complimentary digital postcards are provided for personal enjoyment, viewing, saving, and sharing in accordance with the licence terms above.
Access to complimentary postcards does not require account creation or email submission.
Complimentary postcard access does not require the provision of additional personal information solely to view or save the postcards.
Imperfect Photography may update, replace, or remove complimentary content or change its availability from time to time.
These changes do not affect any rights or remedies that consumers may have under applicable law in relation to purchased products or services.
Photographs, digital postcards, and other original content displayed on the Imperfect Photography website and associated Facebook pages are protected by copyright and remain the property of their respective copyright owners unless otherwise stated.
Unless expressly permitted by an applicable licence, written permission, or an exception under applicable law, you must not:

Copy or redistribute protected images or digital postcard materials beyond permitted personal use.

Photographs submitted by users remain subject to the rights of their respective copyright holders. The handling and display of user-submitted photographs are addressed in the applicable Upload & Share Your Photo Policy.
